    At the site of the former Canadian Tire Store with a prime location on Fourth Avenue in Whitehorse, NVD Place was converted into Whitehorse's newest mall with 45,854 square feet of prime retail space and a great street presence with ample parking in 2014. It is approximately 80% leased.

    Spook Creek Station was NVD’s first commercial development in Whitehorse, completed in 2008. Where Quartz Road meets the Yukon River, Spook Creek Station is located along the Whitehorse Riverfront Trolley line and is home to Earl's Restaurant, AON Reed Stenhouse Insurance, BDO Canada LLP and the First Nations Bank.

    NVD owns or co-owns and manages a number of buildings and lease spaces in the Titanium Way Business Park including 166 Titanium Way, 170 Titanium Way and a condo in the Trade Centre I project.
