  • Nugget Beach

    Nugget Beach is the colourful description of an L-shaped piece of land NVD acquired in 2005 located on Second Avenue across from the Yukon Centre mall. It contains two buildings and a portion of undeveloped land. The main building currently houses the offices of EDI Systems and the second building is home to Dominos Pizza and Investor’s Group.

  • Yukon Centre Mall

    One of the larger malls in Yukon, the Yukon Centre Mall consists of two buildings and a large paved parking lot located on Second Avenue. It is home to SuperValu (currently paying lease but non-operating), Yukon Liquor Store, MoneyMart, Subway, PhoLein Restaurant and Warehouse One.

  • Titanium Way Rental and Condos

    NVD owns or co-owns and manages a number of buildings and lease spaces in the Titanium Way Business Park including Titanium Way 170, Titanium Way 166 and a condo in the Trade Centre I project.

  • Titanium Way Lots

    NVD developed the Titanium Way Business Park, subdividing it into 49 lots comprising a total of 1 million square feet. Most lots are approximately 20,000 square feet in size and there are ten remaining lots for sale. More information is available on this project at www.titaniumway.ca.

  • Spook Creek Station

    Spook Creek Station was NVD’s first commercial development in Whitehorse, completed in 2007. Where Quartz Road meets the Yukon River, Spook Creek Station is located along the Whitehorse Riverfront Trolley line and is home to Earls Restaurant, AON insurance and BDO. The Vuntut Gwitch’in LP owns a condominium unit in this building and leases it to FirstNations Bank.
